Registered in the State of New Jersey, The Dennis Zampella Foundation, Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization. The purpose of the Dennis Zampella Foundation, Inc. is to provide financial support for a child of a Longshoreman toward a degree from an accredited college or university. Proceeds of the donations will go into a general operating fund that will maximize scholarship funds.
